Studying in the food and nutrition program at UPEI (2024), Ellen’s areas of interest include food security, healthy and sustainable diets, and food waste. A 2014 UPEI grad in anthropology, she has gained valuable work experience in the non-profit sector, including contributions with the Canadian Red Cross and Confederation Centre of the Arts, within the Marketing and Development Department. A proud Islander, her skills include event management and marketing, social media communications, record-keeping, and client administration.
