Patsy was instrumental in the founding of ASI in 2003, and has since served as ASI Coordinator, and is managing a two-year project for ASI: Implementation of Upstream Mental Health Promotion in PEI – a catalyst for Atlantic Scale up. She is founder of The Quaich Inc., a PEI based health promotion firm, and holds a Bachelor of Nursing, from the University of New Brunswick and MSc in Nursing and Health Studies from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
