We are excited to have our coordinator, Cristina Morales, back again this year!

Cristina is an Early Childhood Educator with over ten years of experience at Centre de la Petite Enfance l’Île Enchantée in Charlottetown. She has worked with a diverse range of age groups, including infants (0-22 months), pre-kindergarten children (2-4 years old), and after-school programs. With a background in biology and a deep passion for the environment, Cristina incorporates elements of nature into her activities, helping children develop an awareness of the world around them.

As a pedagogical mentor, Cristina has demonstrated her leadership abilities by offering internships to Early Childhood Education students from both Holland College and Collège de l’Île. As a lecturer at Collège de l’Île, she passionately supports and inspires the next generation of educators, reinforcing her commitment to the field of early childhood education.

Above all, Cristina is a firm believer in valuing each child for who they are and advocates for the fundamental right of all children to grow in an environment that nurtures their creativity and imagination.
