Brian Kelly has been involved with Integrated Service Delivery since the NB Youth Advocate released his report, Connecting the Dots, in 2008. He has worked in student services and inclusionary practices at the District and Provincial level for 35 years. For the last 7 years, Brian has been with First Nations Education Initiatives Inc, which support the North Shore Mi’kmaq Tribal Council communities.
