ASI Opens Dialogue on Democracy for 150th Celebrations
On an important anniversary year for Canadian democracy, the Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities (ASI) is turning its focus on democratic renewal. This year’s theme, Renewing Democracy through Social Justice: Adding New Voices, brings attention to inclusion, fair representation and leadership during the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the Charlottetown Conference in 1864.
