In September, ASI Board members Malcolm Shookner and Cathy Leslie presented to a large group of directors and policy staff from the Nova Scotia Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage. ASI is seeking to strengthen ties with the NS government, and develop plans to collaborate on outreach and engagement with communities, especially those on the margins of society.
We hope to strengthen ties with all of the Atlantic Canadian provincial governments, and are endeavouring to arrange meetings with provincial departments. Stay tuned for updates.
